Data Deletion

Phersei Drakton collects only public data (comments, public user name, date/time, reaction counts) from the Pages and social profiles authorized by our clients, via official Meta APIs (Graph API) and the YouTube Data API.

If you believe data about you has been collected by our platform and you wish to request its deletion, the following options are available.

Option 1 — Request by email

Send a written request to privacy@phersei.com including:

• your public user name on the social platform concerned;
• the platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.);
• the approximate publication period of the comments concerned.

We will process the request within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with Articles 17-19 GDPR.

Option 2 — Through the Meta platform

If you connected your Facebook account to a Meta application, you can request data deletion directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Phersei Drakton in the list
3. Click Remove and select "Delete all your activity"

Meta will automatically send a deletion request to our dedicated endpoint (see below) and you will receive a confirmation code to track its status.
